In 2006, drawn back to an industry she'd long been close to, Margie earned her real estate, appraisal, and mortgage licenses — arming herself with a rare, multidimensional command of the buying and selling process. In 2016, Margie and her husband, Dennis, made their move to the Florida Keys permanent — the fulfillment of a dream she had carried since childhood.
