Margie showed us EVERYTHING available on the market and explained everything we needed to know before purchasing. Our trust was with Margie once we left the keys and still looking. Bought a property and lived 1000 miles away. Looking at homes would be quite challenging. Margie Casey had everything lined up and only required one trip. Within a half day she had found the perfect one for us. Navigating the Real Estate market in the Keys is dramatically different than my home state. She walked us through every step. Set us up with lenders, inspectors, insurance, even a new social place (Marathon Yacht Club). She was our onsite person through the whole step. Knowledgeable and our advocate in every sense of the word. I cannot recommend more highly.

It’s rare to find someone in real estate as tireless, selfless, and genuine as Margie. She doesn’t approach her work with the goal of making a sale—she approaches it with the goal of helping people. Every conversation, every showing, and every bit of advice she gave was focused on what was truly best for me, whether that meant buying a home or simply learning more about the process. Margie spent an incredible amount of time and effort guiding me, not because she wanted to close a deal, but because she genuinely cared. Her patience, honesty, and dedication are unmatched. If you’re looking for someone who will always put your interests first, educate you, and truly go above and beyond, Margie is that person. She’s not just a phenomenal agent—she’s a wonderful human being.

Kasey Platt was amazing when we purchased our home in Key Colony Beach, Florida! Words can’t fully grasp the ease and comfort of buying a house with Kasey as your agent! Our entire process was just over 30 days and we did everything FROM NEW JERSEY! Easiest real estate transaction EVER! Kasey took care of literally everything…and anticipated things before they even happened, and had them handled too! I would recommend Kasey to anyone looking to buy or sell in Florida! That’s how wonderful she is! As an added bonus …she is handling the rental of our home too! She does it all! Thank you, Kasey!

Stephanie Starr

My husband and I worked with Kasey while buying a Condo in Marathon. Kasey was both professional and a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to help us every step of the way. She accommodated us greatly since we were out of state buyers. The process went smoothly with her help. We bought our condo /vacation dream home and couldn’t have done it without her guidance. We highly recommend her !! Thank you Kasey .

Kathy Knoppert

Kasey is absolutely fantastic! I knew right away I wanted to work w/ her after our first conversation (an hour long on a Friday after 5:00!). She has a tremendous wealth of knowledge, is from the area and knows a ton of locals in every kind of business imaginable. We found our dream house very quickly and Kasey helped us with the buying process every little step of the way. She is extremely determined and has an unbelievable work ethic. During the pending period all the way until the day of closing Kasey was checking on the status of things daily and keeping us posted way more than any other realtor we have had previously. We trust Kasey w/ our new home and are very excited to continue our relationship w/her as our rental manager.

Chris Izzo

Kasey was amazing! Searching and buying a house was always stressful for me. But She helped us a lot during the entire processed from searching until we found the right one for us to buy🥰. Shes Very easy to communicate with and very responsive when you have any concerns or questions. We will definitely recommend here. Thank you Kasey for everything! We love our home.

Buying a home felt like the biggest adventure for our family—and we’re so glad Kasey was the one leading the way! 💕 From the very first moment, it didn’t feel like working with an agent—it felt like having a trusted friend by our side. Kasey was our dedicated buyer’s agent, and she went above and beyond in every way. She truly listened to what we wanted and needed, and she never rushed us. Instead, she guided us with patience, insight, and expertise—helping us understand the market, comparing properties, and making sure we felt confident every step of the way. Being a true Marathon local, she knows every corner of the Keys. 🌴✨ She didn’t just show us houses—she helped us imagine our family’s future here, pointing out neighborhoods, hidden gems, and little details only someone deeply rooted in the community would know. What we appreciated most was her heart. She wasn’t just focused on finding a house—she was committed to finding us the right home. She was tireless in her search, quick to answer questions, and always advocating for us throughout the entire process. We couldn’t recommend Kasey more—she made the home-buying process not only smooth and stress-free, but also exciting and joyful. 🏡💗 Sent from Front
